    Physiotherapy will help any individual with problems affecting the level of functionality of the musculo-skeletal system. This therapy specializes in the fields of sports and physical fitness.

    Our physiotherapists apply various techniques to treat you such as manual therapy, sports therapy and progression through exercise, etc.

    Our patients can expect to improve their balance, their endurance, their strength and their coordination, which will help them stay active every day.

    Within 24 hours, unless it is an injury that has just occurred, we will see you within a few hours.

    PhysioCare4U will perform a detailed assessment asking you questions relating to your injury. He will also do a complete physical exam and assess your range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance etc.
    PhysioCare4U will provide a diagnosis for your injury and will take time to explain your injury, what it will take to get better, what YOU can do and what HE can do to help get you better as quickly as possible.

    PhysioCare4U will help you set goals and will work with you to make a personalized treatment plan.

    Finally, PhysioCare4U will provide some treatment which will depend on patient goals.

    Each treatment sessions is between 30 to 40 minutes long depending on your physical condition.

    As the assessment/treatment will take place in your home, please make sure that you are not interrupted during our treatment sessions. At your first session you will be assessed and receive a prescribed home exercise programme. Your follow up treatment sessions will include a brief re-assessment, functional rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
